Uninstalling using the ZoomUninstaller file is the only thing that worked. Upon reinstalling all is good.

Had this issue for some time and no one was able to diagnose. Problem solved I tried this several times and it still isn't working for me.

Uninstalled exactly as outlined in the instructions, restarted, downloaded again, and nothing. My internet is working fine, and I don't have any firewalls put up. This is so frustrating. It was working just fine for weeks prior to this. This is the way I spent an entire morning with our admin working on this, and this was the solution we needed.
